Money Pool

• Entry fee: $5 per week, per person.
• The pot = entrants × fee.
• When the week is finalized, the top score among pool members wins the pot (ties split).
• Owner fee: 5% of the pot is taken for hosting & maintenance before payout.
• Net shown on profiles = total won − total staked.

House Picks

• Everyone’s picks/points are scored here.
• Top score(s) get a week win badge on their profile.
• This page is for bragging rights and history; payouts only apply in the Money Pool.

Confidence Points

• Use each number once (1 = least confident, highest number = most confident).
• If the team you picked wins, you earn the points you placed on that game.
• Weeks can have fewer than 16 games; points scale to the number of games that week.

Locking & Fair Play

• Picks can be edited until lock. Once locked, no edits are allowed.
• Lock is controlled by the admin and happens at/near the first kickoff.
• Finalizing results is also done by the admin (after all winners are entered).

Profile & Members

• Customize your name color, team avatar, and banner on the Profile page.
• Members shows everyone’s weeks won and net totals.
• Past Weeks lists historical leaderboards so you can look back.

Costs & Payouts

• Entry: $5 per person, per week (Money Pool only).
• Owner fee: 5% of the pot (covers hosting, upkeep, and admin work).
• Payouts are calculated and posted after the admin finalizes the week.

Example: 12 entrants → pot $60 → owner fee $3 → payout pool $57 → if 1 winner, they get $57; if 3 tied, they split $57.
